10’ x 24’ Banner Frame System CLASSIC NO COVERS

This billboard conversion was done using Banner Frame CLASSIC NO Covers on an already existing structure. Hughes Outdoor Media built the frame and installed the vinyl on the ground and then lifted it into place.
