Wallscape Of The Week: Making The Old New Again
Wallscape Of The Week: BannerFrame Makes Old New Again
Yesterday Provides for Today
This week’s Wallscape of the Week takes us back to 1942. Every community has been built upon the people and products of the past.
Crestline, Ohio wanted to pay homage to the hard work of The Crestline Railroad Crew and the women who served at The Crestline Community Service Center in these 2 – 8X16 Banner Frame Classic black and white murals.
The Crestline Canteen served 800 to 2500 Service Men A Day from 1942-1946. These accomplishments should be remembered and can serve not just as historical but as motivational.
Many communities are repurposing past images in new art pieces as they embrace growth and change.
